Estimate from representative meeting transcripts
Meeting transcripts vary widely. A 15-minute standup and a 90-minute workshop can have very different token counts, so estimating from a real sample is better than using a flat per-meeting price.
Detailed meeting outputs usually cost more because action items, owners, risks and decisions require longer generated responses.
